We usually ship within 24 - 48 hours after the payment is received and cleared (exclude weekends and holidays). The shipping time given is not the time the order will be delivered but the time period in which it will be shipped out.
Shipping tracking information will be available online, once the package is shipped out. Click Customer Service on lower left menu and enter the confirmation number you received from us, you should see the tracking number associated to the transaction. By clicking at the number, you may retrieve its current status.
We are not responsible for carriers' service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package destination and Customs clearing, particularly during peak periods.
We ship US orders from US California. We may ship international orders from our Shipping facilities in other locations.
Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Expedited service is not available to the following places: AA (APO/FPO), AE (APO/FPO), AP (APO/FPO), Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
International buyers may be responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
COD or Pick Up service is NOT available.

Return & Exchange Policy
You may return the purchased item within 15 days from the time of delivery and get a refund less 15% restocking fee. Please contact us and describe the problem before you return the item.
If you choose to get refund or exchange the item, please return in the same condition that it is dispatched in. Please also make sure that your customer information is attached, especially your USER ID, EMAIL ADDRESS, NAME, ADDRESS and INVOICE/SKU NUMBER;
The buyer is responsible for all the postage fees during the refund and exchange process unless the item totally does not work as DOA. Cubeternet reserves the right to return a non-faulty item back to its owner and to charge for all associated shipping costs.
Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
