Q: Do you accept International orders?
A: Yes, we do. And the shipping cost is based on the total weight of the order.

Q: If I pay via Google Checkout, do you hold my credit card's information?
A: Not at all. If you pay with your credit cards via Google Checkout, you enter your card information through Google, not us.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, enter the confirmation number you received. The invoice should be shown. For paid items, click the shipping tracking number to get status information for the package. For unpaid items, you may click the Google Checkout button to pay.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice before confirming your order.
